The location was great, making it easy to get to various places quickly.
A bit of a draft was coming in through the window, so I wouldn't recommend it for winter.

Great location! Coffee shops and bagel shops super close. Pretty neighborhood, only a 15min walk to landmarks. Good size for New York, had everything needed for the stay and it was clean and organized.
The AC was only in the bedroom so the livingroom and bathroom were very warm. I had to keep the door of the bedroom open at all times and finally after a day the rest of the apartment cooled off.
The bathroom could use a little love, the tiles on the walls were broken and there was mold on the shower ceiling so I did not feel comfortable using the shower.

Our stay here was a pleasant one from start to finish. The host made check-in simple with great instructions and was friendly whenever we reached out. We appreciated how well-stocked the place was, and the neighborhood couldn't be beat - restaurants, bars, and transit were all within easy reach. On top of that, everything looked exactly like the photos and was kept very clean, all for a fair price.
