Great price and location suited my needs

For me location was great and street parking was easy. Walkable to city Center and also close places to eat or have a pint. Area seemed safe for me ( ok I’m a guy) but my perspective was a decent area.
The property is almost a small hostel. Many people came and went over my 3 nights. I’m cool with that though. I seem to think the kitchen could use more utensils or plates etc.

The owner was very friendly, patient and flexible on the phone.
He provided us a different room with ensuite bathroom without problems.
It was not really clear to me from the description, that it is all on shared base including bathroom, but this could well be my mistake.
Room looked shabby, would benefit from refurbishing.
Shared kitchen was under maintenance.
