The property was lovely and clean. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children. The welcoming gifts were a huge bonus! The beds are comfortable. Perfect for a little getaway.😊
It was a little cold on the evening but they had plenty of blankets and throws to warm us up!

Location, parking , cleanliness, amenities.
The only issues were getting in ( had to ring host to get code, but she answered and we sorted it immediately)
My other comment which isn't a negative , just some feedback is that the lock is quite stiff so difficult to lock and unlock from the inside ( might be a bit of an issue in future /if there was a fire etc)

Excellent clean and really comfortable.
Communication prior was brilliant, very friendly.
Great stay, good location.
We will definitely be coming back.

Great location for exploring Hull on - just 10/15 mins drive away. Also with it being a whole house we had our privacy to relax in.
Not sure if it was a new v, but couldn’t get bbc or any terrestrial channels, so would be helpful for future guests if they could be tuned in for them.
