The location was good. Straight into Hesdin. The downstairs bedroom was good and the bathroom. Excellent shower and abundant hot water. It could be a lovely house with a little care. Large garden. For seven people it is reasonable.
The property was right by the railway. The stairs were difficult, steep and uneven. There was no bathroom upstairs. The floor was uneven and the tiles in the kitchen and dining rooms pitted and dirty. There was no implement to wash the floor. There was a dirty chip pan full of oil in a corner on the kitchen floor. A health hazard and dangerous for children.
