Generalnie, miejsce ma potencjał, wygodne meble ogrodowe , łóżko również. Budynek jest jeszcze nie wykończony, więc dookoła dosyć brudno, wiele niedoróbek , na tarasie trzeba uważać na niezabezpieczoną siatkę metalową rozciągniętą dookoła tarasu. Widok na morze jest ale dookoła mnóstwo budynków które dopiero są w budowie. Czysta pościel i ręczniki, plus za szlafroki. Natomiast kuchnia i łazienka zostawia jeszcze wiele do życzenia, jak ktoś z grubsza po sobie posprzątał, tak zostało, czyli niedomyte naczynia i sanitaria. Kontakt w łazience wyrwany. Nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji. Aneks kuchenny maleńki z miniaturowym zamrażalnikiem. Brak chociażby butelki z wodą. Jedna szklanka, brak większego noża. Informacje o zameldowaniu, dopiero jak podjedziesz i zadzwonisz, że jesteś miejscu to dostajesz instrukcje jak się dostać do apartamentu. Wieczorem nagle SMS z pytaniem czy może Pan przyjechać po pieniądze w gotówce. Gospodarz pozwolił nam zostać godzinę dłużej ale już o 11 weszła sprzątaczka i po poinformowaniu na migi, że możemy zostać do 12 ,usiadła po drzwiami i czekala, więc mało komfortowe to było. Parking na ulicy ale za każdym razem trzeba sobie poszukać miejsca, chociaż jak na wrzesień ,większego kłopotu z tym nie było. Tylko dlatego , że było to trochę po obniżonej cenie nie czuliśmy się bardzo zawiedzeni. Apartament generalnie jest niewielki , ale taras w pokoju 104 bardzo przestronny.

Nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji, niedomyta przestrzeń kuchenna i łazienkowa. Brak informacji gdzie można śmieci wyrzucić. Trzeba uważać na tarasie, porwana sukienka jak podczas wiatru zachczyla o siatkę drucianą.

The property is like a highlight. Especially at night when it was dark , all the colourful light came on and it was amazing

Check in Prozess wasn’t communicated straight away. I thought someone will meet us, but it was all coded and we have to get the key from the box and received a wrong code. The landlord was really lovely and responded very quick. She tried to solve it out and unfortunately it took us about an hour to get in into the apartment. I would advice more guidance for future guests. There are no apartment numbers on the key boxes so we didn’t know at start what box is ours and what lift to take. It would be a lot easier if at least the key boxes were labeled and clear instruction communicated. Overall the apartment wasn’t of our highlights on out holiday in Albania. Unfortunately we couldn’t use hot tub as it wasn’t warm. When we turned up it was only on 25 degrees when we opened the lid. We read then on Chat got that it usually takes 8 hours to warm up, but we only stayed one day. Thank you for the flowers and for being so helpful and responding. Difficile de résumer notre séjour tant nous avons aimé cet endroit ! La suite est magnifique, très confortable et parfaitement équipée. Et puis il y a cette terrasse sur le rooftop… quel bonheur ! Un véritable petit coin privilégié, aménagé pour pouvoir vraiment en profiter, avec une vue superbe qui donne encore plus de charme à la suite. Que ce soit le matin, en journée ou en fin de journée, on ne se lasse pas de s’y installer et simplement profiter du panorama. Mais ce qui rend cette adresse encore plus exceptionnelle, c’est son hôte. On dit des Albanais qu’ils sont accueillants… le concernant, je dirais même bien plus ! Il en est la parfaite illustration. D’une gentillesse incroyable, disponible, attentionné et toujours prêt à rendre service, quelle que soit la demande. Un accueil sincère et généreux qui fait toute la différence et qui aura marqué notre séjour. Et si vous cherchez une voiture à louer, ne cherchez pas plus loin : c’est également la personne qu’il vous faut ! 😊

L’appartement était très bien, au 6ème étage, sécurisé, 2 terrasses dont la grande avec jacuzzi, transats et fauteuils confortables. La plage a 4min à pied mais je vous conseille Karpen ou Spille (20/30min en au sud) moins de monde et un peu + propre. Le propriétaire disponible par message si besoin. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Le building n’est pas fini, des finissions dans l’appartement manquent. Un rideau sur la porte de la cuisine serait appréciable.
