Helmirage Luxury Montecitorio

The location is very good. But I didnt know ther was no physical reception area. But we're given instructions on how to get the keys to access the hotel.and our room. The room is very clean. The bed is good. Not.soggy.👍 The towels are clean and fresh.

The toilet door didn't have a handle. The shower door was broken. And so the water spills out and the floor outside the shower gets wet. The telephone shower was loose. I could not adjust the height of the shower. The shower closet was small. My companion was medium built and so it was uncomfortable to fit in the shower. But the water supply is strong. It provided a refreshing bath. The hairdryer was not immediately available. I couldn't find it in the bathroom or inside our bedroom drawers. Good thing though, Agostino sent someone to give me the hairdryer.and additional toiletries. He was very helpful. I would have preferred that everything was seamless.

The location in the view were absolutely gorgeous. The bed was extremely comfortable and the. Bedroom itself was great. The man who checked me in was very friendly and kind as well

The bathroom was pretty difficult. The shower stall is extremely small. If you are someone of larger size or stature, you will have difficulties with it. If you are a smaller person, you will probably be fine. Also, the shower pan was flooding back over my feet because it wasn’t draining properly.
