My stay at this hotel in Thimphu was truly exceptional and ranks among the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment of arrival, I was welcomed with genuine Bhutanese hospitality in a warm, professional, and highly attentive atmosphere. The traditional white silk welcome scarf offered to guests created a memorable first impression and reflected the country's rich cultural traditions. I would like to express my particular gratitude to Pema Lhaden, Kinley Pem, Ugten Wangchuk, Bechen Lhandup, and Sangay Wangchuk, whose kindness, professionalism, and constant willingness to assist made my stay especially comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern comfort with traditional Bhutanese aesthetics. Every detail, from the elegant paintings and décor to the spacious and comfortable rooms, was carefully considered. As a newly established hotel, all facilities were in impeccable condition, including the bedding, towels, bathroom amenities, and in-room equipment. I also greatly appreciated the excellent selection of teas and real coffee provided in the room. Another aspect that impressed me was the hotel's commitment to sustainability. Drinking water was provided in refillable glass bottles rather than plastic containers, demonstrating both environmental responsibility and confidence in the excellent quality of the local water supply. In the bathrooms, thoughtful reminders encouraged guests to use water mindfully, reflecting a genuine commitment to responsible resource management. Breakfast was consistently outstanding throughout my stay. On quieter days, when only a few guests were present, freshly prepared breakfasts were served individually, while on busier days an excellent buffet offered a wide variety of choices. In both cases, the food was prepared with great care, using fresh ingredients and offering excellent quality.

The only feature I missed was a swimming pool, as swimming is one of my preferred forms of exercise. However, the hotel's well-equipped gym and the beautiful, peaceful, and safe surroundings more than compensated for this, allowing me to enjoy pleasant walks through one of the most charming areas of Thimphu. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bhutan and look forward to returning in the future!
