What a lovely place to stay! It is a cozy small place with a mansarda bed and a cute balcony overlooking the street. It is quiet, comfortable, clean and well stocked with dishes, iron, all the little things you need. The building is right next to touristy areas of Notting Hill but tucked away so there's no noise or discomfort. Nearby is a bus stop that takes you to Paddington so airport transfer is quite easy, and within a few minutes are two other tube stations so it's very well connected. Just a few steps away are cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops. Personal favourite, it is less than 15 minutes walk from Kensigton Gardens. All in all, a lovely place I'll sure look to stay again. Hosts are very communicative, happy to help out and accomodating.

If I had to say anyting that is the sofa is a bit small and the ceiling in the sleeping area is low. But honestly, that's just if you really need to nitpick small things. In earnest, you would spend little time indoors even if you don't want to be in tourist areas, the neighbourhood is just lovely.

The apartment is very well located, just 20–30 minutes from the most popular tourist attractions. The building in which the apartment is located has been beautifully renovated. The street and the surrounding area are very quiet, while there are countless shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. The apartment is very well equipped. I would especially highlight the washing machine and dryer, as well as the excellent kitchen facilities.

If you’re staying for a longer period and have a large suitcase, you may need to move around it due to the size of the apartment, as the room is relatively small. However, this is not a major issue, just something worth mentioning. The bathroom is a little dated and could probably use some renovation within the next 2–3 years.

The location was excellent. Quiet, decent location and very close to the bus station, with buses going directly to Oxford circus. Royal Oak station was also a short walk and Paddington station not to far. Grocery was close by and there were nice restaurants within walking distance. Flat was clean.

The flat was far smaller than we expected and not ideal for 2 adults. The bed was small, a double twin and the mattress was quite uncomfortable for us. The shower stall was also small but water pressure was fine. The bathroom quite small too.
