Historical Delight

The room was very clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable

There were no signs on the exterior of the property. It looked like an abandoned schoolhouse from the outside. It located in an industrial area not pleasant for walking

Really loved all the amenities provided for such a small room. And the security with the digital locks is nice too. The fold down twin beds were surprisingly comfortable too. The place is also just close enough to everything that you hardly need to drive long to go to any where. It's very close to downtown Spokane, only an hour away from Silverwood, and has plenty of food options close by to grab a quick bite. The TV had a lot of streaming options and you had full control of the AC in your room. The bathroom was super clean and nice too. Not to mention the awesome owners being super helpful. PS. Make sure to say hi to the cute neighbor hood cats 🔥

It can be a tad creepy to enter and go to your room at night since it's such an old building and I don't think there were lights on the top floor where our rooms were like. But other than that small thing, everything was perfect.

I liked everything.

It was easy to get in and out of, most of it was clean, the price is good. The bathroom was well equipped. My son loved the Disney Plus access. AC worked great, and it was quiet.

Everything was nice and clean except a few overlooked places - the bottom mattress has a sheet over it that has not been washed in ages and was gross. There was gum stuck to the wall trim near the bed. It could use a little more furniture - a night stand and lamp, maybe a table to eat at. And some plates/bowls.
