Street parking is free on weekends, and free on weekdays except 9–11am when it's paid via the Ringo app.

Front Reception Room

Step inside and the original details pull you in straight away: a log burner set in a Victorian cast iron fireplace with an elegant white surround, high ceilings with period plasterwork, original hardwood floors, and a large bay window with wooden shutters. Comfortable sofas and a smart TV make this the room you'll want to sink into.

Second Reception Room

Through the original Victorian double doors, this room flows through the second reception room straight into the glass-roof extension — a seamless shift from period elegance to contemporary design.

Kitchen, Dining & Living Extension

The heart of the house. A vast, light-filled open-plan space under a full-width glass roof lantern, with bi-fold doors opening the entire back wall to the garden. The designer handleless high-gloss white kitchen has a large quartz island with breakfast bar seating, a Siemens double oven stack, gas hob, microwave, steamer, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer — everything you need for a fully self-catered stay. The table seats all 8 guests together plus additional 4 stools by the island can accommodate extra 4 (12 in total)

Bedrooms

All four bedrooms are doubles, each with an orthopedic mattress, wardrobe, storage, and a desk and chair — equally suited to a family holiday or a work trip.

- Master bedroom** — a generous double with a large Victorian bay window, original fireplace, bookshelves and desk. Calm, bright and spacious.
- **Bedroom 2** — double with an original cast iron fireplace, facing the garden.
- **Bedroom 3** — bright, stylish double, facing the garden.
- **Bedroom 4** — light and peaceful, facing the garden.

Three bedrooms face the garden; one faces the road and offers extra privacy and quiet.

Bathrooms

The first-floor bathroom is fully tiled, with a full bath and overhead shower, sink and toilet — plus a strip of light beneath the bath for a calm, spa-like soak.

The second-floor bathroom is hotel quality: warm travertine stone throughout, a large walk-in glass shower with rainfall and handheld heads, a skylight, floating vanity unit and heated towel rail. A downstairs WC means no queuing in the mornings.

Garden

A private, fully enclosed garden with lawn, stone patio and outdoor seating including two sun lounges which fold into the chairs. The kitchen's bi-fold doors create beautiful indoor-outdoor flow — made for long summer evenings.

From the upper floors: rooftops rolling out to The Shard and the London skyline, a lovely reminder you're right in the heart of the capital.

Guest Access

Keys are in the master key holder — the access code is sent a few days before arrival.

The Neighbourhood

The house sits on Amott Road, walking distance from Lordship Lane and Bellenden Village, both packed with independent cafés, restaurants, bars and boutiques. Peckham Rye Park is moments away, and you're well placed for Peckham Levels, Frank's Café rooftop bar and the Bussey Building.
