The Space:

• Sleeps 16 in 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning

• 2 king bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom

• 3 bedrooms with two queen beds each, easy for friends, cousins or siblings to share: one has its own en-suite bathroom, the other two share a full bathroom

• 4.5 bathrooms: 3 en-suite, 1 shared by two queen rooms and a half bath on the ground floor, with freestanding soaking tubs and walk-in glass showers

• Private rooftop terrace with hot tub (open all year, 24 hours), gas BBQ grill, outdoor dining under string lights and lounge seating

• Private patio with a hammock, sun loungers and Acapulco chairs

• Game room with a pool table and a foosball table, next to an electric fireplace

• Two dining areas: one indoors on the lower level, one on the rooftop

• Full kitchen: dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and coffee, wine glasses, cookware for a big group, and a water filter so the tap water is safe to drink

• In-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers and a safe

The house is spread across three floors connected by stairs, including a spiral staircase, so it may not suit guests with limited mobility.



We built this house for groups who want to be together without being on top of each other. Mornings, someone reads on the patio while someone else works at a desk. Afternoons, you walk out into Condesa. Evenings, the grill is going, the hot tub is warm and the pool tournament is on. No hunting for a restaurant table for 16, no cramped hotel rooms split across floors.



Guest Access:

The whole house is yours: all three floors, the game room, both dining areas, the patio and the rooftop with hot tub and grill. You check yourself in through the private entrance with a smart lock and your own personal code. Expect stairs between floors. There is no parking on the property; free street parking is available nearby.



The Neighborhood:

You stay in La Condesa, one of Mexico City's most walkable neighborhoods. Cafes on Avenida Tamaulipas are about a 7-minute walk (0.3 mi), Avenida Michoacan about 11 minutes (0.5 mi), and Parque Mexico and Parque Espana about 16 minutes (0.7 to 0.8 mi). It is a residential street with neighbors close by, which is why we keep quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM and rooftop evenings relaxed. Our tip for a group this size: split up for a morning coffee walk, then meet back on the rooftop for a grill night.



Getting Around:

Condesa is walkable, so most days you can leave the car behind. Metro Patriotismo is a 6-minute walk (0.3 mi) and Metro Chilpancingo about 12 minutes (0.6 mi). The airport (Terminal 1) is about 8.4 miles by car; allow extra time for Mexico City traffic. There is no parking on the property: free street parking is available nearby, and paid parking is available off premises. For a group of 16, plan on more than one car or ride.



Other Things to Note:

• Three floors connected by stairs, including a spiral staircase; not ideal for limited mobility.

• Exterior security cameras are on the rooftop, at the front entrance door facing the street, and in the lower patio.

• Quiet hours 9 PM to 9 AM, and no parties or events of any size: neighbors are close.

• No smoking or vaping indoors. Only guests on the booking may stay or visit.

• No on-site parking; free street parking nearby.

• Check-in 4 PM, check-out 10 AM.
