Harvie Heights condo at Banff Boundary Lodge with Ha Ling Peak and Mt. Rundle views, shared hot tub, indoor fireplace, and fire pit. Minutes from Banff National Park with free park pass included, positioned between Canmore (5 min) and downtown Banff (15 min). Built for families and groups exploring the Canadian Rockies year-round.
The space is a condo with 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom, a full kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed, fireplace and TV with Netflix. There is a total of 3 Queen-size beds and one Full-size hide-a-bed, sleeping up to 8 comfortably.

We are always available by message and live nearby in case of emergency. We provide self check-in and give our guests their privacy.
The condo is located at Banff Boundary Lodge in the Hamelt of Harvie Heights. It is just minutes from the entrance to Banff National Park and less than 20 minutes from Downtown Banff. The condo is just 5-minutes from the Town of Canmore.
A vehicle is required for getting around and exploring Canmore, Kananaskis and Banff National Park. There are walking paths nearby.
The unit is non-smoking, any evidence of smoking in the unit will result in a $250 charge.
The property is about 250 feet from the highway. Most guests are not bothered by the noise and have no trouble sleeping. We`ve even had a guest tell us that they had their best sleep away from home ever in this condo. That being said, a few guests have mentioned that they were bothered by the sound of the highway and that it affected their sleep in some way. Please be aware of this if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise. Thank you and do let us know if you have any questions.
Late check-out will result in a $50 pre hour charge. Our awesome cleaners run a tight ship and will bill us for standing around.

For reservations of 10 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This ensures the suite remains fresh, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout your stay. The cleaning includes a full refresh of the unit and allows us to check that everything is in proper working order. The mid-stay cleaning fee is $195. Guests will be contacted during the booking process or shortly after booking to arrange a convenient time.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the property was clean and welcoming. I recommend this place to everyone travelling with family and friends.

Very Friendly communication before check-in and check-out. Easy to parking nearby by the highway exit, so a little noise while opening the window. The fireplace makes the place very cozy and warm. Fully loaded kitchen for making meals. Very nice place for family.

This property is perfect if you are staying in the Canmore/Banff area. It is very close to Banff and easily accessible to Canmore. The condo is very comfortable and has great mountain views. Would recommend this spot to anyone interested in visiting this area
