Super clean room, very good location, great privacy. Quite peaceful area, really out of my expectation. I don't even feel I am living in the city centre because it was surprisingly peaceful. Sometimes people chat in the bench in the street. But overall they are not disturbing. Some of the tenants sometimes are a bit restless during the check-in, chatting so much in the corridor at the midnight but overall it was fine.

The bed is comfortable, but a little bit narrow for two beefy folks. Still not a big downside.
