A refundable deposit is required for each stay. As a professional property management company,



this is our standard procedure. The deposit amount is shown on your

booking confirmation (€1000).

We are Care Concierge, a professional property management company specialising in accommodation

in Chamonix, Les Houches, Megève and Saint-Gervais.



We have offices in each region and our local team is at your disposal to support you throughout your

stay.



🧴 Items provided



Each property includes a welcome kit (toiletries, soap, toilet paper, cleaning products) for the first 1 to 2 days.



It is your responsibility to replenish these products during your stay if necessary.

💧 Water heater – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY



In France, the operation of water heaters (boilers) is different from that in many other countries.



Hot water is stored in a tank and can empty in case of heavy consumption.



The time to fill and reheat the tank is between 1 and 5 hours, depending on its capacity. 🔹 We ask you to avoid prolonged showers or baths, unless you are the last person to use the bathroom and can wait until the next morning to refill it.
