-Third Bedroom: 1 Full Bed
- Living Room: 1 L-shaped couch (not a sleeper)
- Central HVAC for year-round comfort
- 1 Parking Spot provided though a town pass on a first come first served basis, parking pass only works for Lincoln Ave between Central Ave and Boulevard Ave. Other locations we are not liable for tickets
- Prime Location:
Only 2 blocks from the ocean! Enjoy a short walk to the beach and boardwalk.
Close to local shops, restaurants, and attractions and all Seaside Heights has to offer

6 Beach Badges included for your stay. Additional badges can be purchased on the boardwalk.

Kitchen Essentials: We have stocked your kitchen with utensils, cooking pots & pans, cutlery, plates, and glasses.

Freshly made beds upon arrival.
Each bed comes with two towels, and additional ones can be found under the sink.

As per manufacturers instructions the Condensing unit for the HVAC will be disconnected from Oct 15- April 30 or when outside temperatures are below 60F. Heat Only will work during those time periods
