• Please rinse sand off at the outdoor shower before entering
• Pool and jacuzzi hours: 7 AM – 10 PM
• Rooftop decks belong to the top floor units. They are private, not common area, and not included with this condo, so please stay off the roof stairs and decks
• Report any maintenance issues promptly so we can address them
• Air conditioning is for use when you're home—please turn off when leaving to conserve energy
• Trash goes in the designated bins near the parking area
