Located in the village, the property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. At a good distance from the major tourist flows of the summer, it offers a peaceful and economical quality of life combining both the proximity of daily needs and the exercise of many activities, especially in the summer.
Sarroch is a municipality of 5000 inhabitants, located 45 m above sea level and at a distance of 25 km from the city of Cagliari, the regional capital of Sardinia. Most of its economy is based on agricultural and tourist activities and the processing of petroleum products with very high environmental values.

Spread over three levels, the 130 m2 house comprises:
- on the first floor: a living room with sofa, dresser, television, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine,
- upstairs: a large double bedroom with a 1.60 m bed and a second bedroom with a 1.40 m sofa bed, a comfortable balcony with views of the mountains and a bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower,
- on the basement floor: a pleasant two-room independent studio with a living room-kitchen and a bedroom with two single beds with bathroom.
Air conditioning (fans in the 2nd bedroom and studio) and heating are fitted to each of the spaces in the house. The whole can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Exceptionally, a seventh person can be considered in the 80 x 190 sofa bed located in the living room of the studio for an additional financial fee of €15 /day payable on site to the referent.
The 120 m2 outdoor spaces consist of: a car space at the entrance, a residence parking nearby, a closed space for motorbikes. a terrace with pergola and outdoor lounge, a small pleasure garden with barbecue.

In addition to the richness of its landscapes, both maritime and mid-mountain, the municipality has an archaeological and monumental heritage made up of numerous Nuraghes, including the very famous "Sa Domu e S'Orcu" (2500 BC) and "Antigori" (1800 BC), as well as the monuments of great architectural quality such as the historic Villa d'Orri and the bourgeois Villa Siotto.

Beyond the residential and tourist area of the seaside of the municipality, at the places known as Perd'è Sali and Porto Colombu, its geographical position allows you to easily reach Cagliari, a city of great historical richness, and of course, the many beaches and remarkable sites along the entire south-eastern coast of the island.
