The real asset of the house: a private above-ground swimming pool, reserved exclusively for travellers to the cottage. With a dimension of 4.12 m × 2.01 m, a volume of approximately 8 m³ and a depth of 1.22 m, it is ideal for cooling off and sharing good times with family or friends.

Accessible from the beginning of May to the end of September, the swimming pool is equipped with a shade sail that provides additional comfort on sunny days.

Near the pool, a covered lean-to allows you to enjoy a sheltered space. You will find two quality sun loungers from Espéride, perfect for relaxing after a swim or enjoying a moment of rest.

The house also has a large furnished terrace, equipped with shade sails, a gas plancha and guinguette-style garlands that create a warm and cocooning atmosphere for outdoor evenings.

The enclosed garden pleasantly complements the outdoor spaces and allows families to take full advantage of the place. Children's games and a swing are also available for the enjoyment of the youngest.

A comfortable house for 8 people

The house has 3 bright and comfortable bedrooms, with particular attention paid to the quality of the bed, including King Size beds (160 × 200 cm).

It comprises:

a bathroom on the first floor with bathtub and vanity unit;
an upstairs bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet;
separate toilet on the first floor;
a washing machine and dryer installed in the upstairs bathroom.

The bedrooms have storage space to make your stay practical and enjoyable.
