Summary:

Give everyone a little breathing room without losing the together time. This Sandpiper stay combines two neighboring Princeville condos, sleeping up to six across two bedrooms, three beds, and two baths, with a covered lanai for easy breakfasts and post-beach downtime. The shared pool and hot tub are close when the kids still have energy, and the lawn and tropical landscaping make the setting feel properly Kauai. Head four miles down to Hanalei for beach time, local dining, and a town afternoon, then come back to make dinner in the kitchen and settle in. Washer and dryer, WiFi, and recently updated interiors help a family trip run more smoothly. A practical, comfortable option for families or couples traveling together who want North Shore access with a little privacy built in.

The Space:

Two neighboring condos are combined here, giving up to six guests two bedrooms, three beds, and two baths while keeping everyone close for meals and plans. Each space has a kitchen, and the arrangement offers more separation than a typical two-bedroom layout. Recently remodeled touches, WiFi, TVs, washer and dryer, and a covered lanai support easy downtime. The shared pool and hot tub provide a close-by change of pace after a beach day.

Guest Access:

Guests at Sandpiper can enjoy the shared pool, hot tub, and spa, as well as the BBQ grill area and beautifully maintained grounds. A private entrance, outdoor lanai and seating, and a well-lit path to the door provide added comfort and convenience. On-site parking is available for the whole group, and the nearby beach makes it easy to enjoy relaxing days by the water.

The Neighborhood:

Princeville sits high on Kauai's green North Shore, where lookouts, golf, and broad ocean views set the pace. Hanalei is about four miles down the hill for beach days, local dining, and a slower town afternoon. Stop at the Hanalei Valley lookout on the way, then choose Hanalei Bay or Anini Beach for the day. It is a great base for families who want Kauai's lush scenery with supplies and restaurants close enough for easy planning.

Getting Around:

Lihue Airport is about 40 minutes away via a scenic drive along Kauai's coast. A rental car is highly recommended since the North Shore's beaches, restaurants, and Hanalei's shops are spread out. Princeville itself offers walkable access to some shops and dining, while beaches like Hanalei Bay are a short drive. Parking is typically available in lots or driveways at most properties.
