Summary:

Start with coffee on the lanai while plumeria scent and birdsong set the North Shore mood, then choose a beach day, a round of golf, or a drive down to Hanalei. This ground-floor, single-level Princeville condo sleeps four in two bedrooms and gives a small family an easy place to reset between adventures. The on-site pool is there for an afternoon dip, while nearby shops and restaurants make dinner planning simple. Make breakfast in the full kitchen, come home sandy, and let the private lanais pull everyone outside again. With washer and dryer, smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, and an end-unit setting, it has the comfortable details that matter on a longer stay. Best for a family or two couples who want Kauai's North Shore beauty without giving up everyday ease.

The Space:

Single-level, ground-floor access makes this two-bedroom, two-bath condo easy to settle into. It sleeps four with two beds and includes a full kitchen, dining table for four, and a generous sofa for together time after the beach. Smart TVs are in the living room and both bedrooms. A private lanai off the primary suite is a quiet spot for the first coffee of the day, while washer and dryer help keep packing light.

Guest Access:

This end unit condo at Puamana in Princeville gives guests access to the shared pool and grounds with garden views. A private, ground floor entrance and patio make coming and going easy, and the beach is close by.

The Neighborhood:

Princeville sits high on Kauai's green North Shore, where lookouts, golf, and broad ocean views set the pace. Hanalei is about four miles down the hill for beach days, local dining, and a slower town afternoon. Stop at the Hanalei Valley lookout on the way, then choose Hanalei Bay or Anini Beach for the day. It is a great base for families who want Kauai's lush scenery with supplies and restaurants close enough for easy planning.

Getting Around:

Lihue Airport is about 40 minutes away via a scenic drive along Kauai's coast. A rental car is highly recommended since the North Shore's beaches, restaurants, and Hanalei's shops are spread out. Princeville itself offers walkable access to some shops and dining, while beaches like Hanalei Bay are a short drive. Parking is typically available in lots or driveways at most properties.
