Summary:
Updated, dog-friendly home with fenced yard, koi pond, firepit, & W/D
The Space:
Tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood between the beach and downtown, you’ll find this charming dog- and family-friendly home, ideal for your next Bradenton vacation. It’s about eight miles straight west to the shimmering sands of Anna Maria Island, and about two miles east to the many shopping and dining opportunities of downtown. Other amenities like grocery stores, parks, stadiums, and the IMG Academy are all an easy drive away.
At home, delight in the lush landscaping of your private, fully fenced back yard while you relax on the expansive deck and enjoy watching the fish in the koi pond. Inside, you’ll find an updated, light-filled space. The chef will love the full, well-equipped kitchen, and the whole gang can dine together at the table for four. After a day at the beach, relax in the central AC while you stream the latest release in the family room. Use the free WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media, then step back outside for dinner alfresco under the café lights on the patio. End the night roasting marshmallows around the firepit, with the first perfect vacation vacation day behind you - and another one in store for tomorrow.

I was there alone for the weekend. The backyard with the koi pond was like being in paradise. It was warm, inviting and peaceful. I got a lot of writing done which was my goal. I will definitely be back for more inspiration.

Had an issue with the lock not working and there was a lockbox on the property that had a key that didn’t open anything. Had to wait an hour for the property manager to open the door. The battery went dead on the lock which should have been taken care of before our arrival

The location is convenient to the beaches and to downtown. Just went through a hurricane and felt safe in this no flood zone home. I seen where a lot of other people were staying at different locations and had to leave their vacation short due to the hurricane.I was able to enjoy my entire stay. I will definitely book this home again.
