Beautiful ocean view condo. Easy to walk in the beautiful neighborhood and close drive to things to do and areas to explore. Had an issue with the downstairs shower draining slowly so by the time you're done showering you're standing in a pool of water. Other than that, everything else was great!

The condo is comfortable and well appointed - plenty of linens, kitchen utensils, and paper products. The bed, couch, and chairs were very comfortable. The outdoor furniture was also of a high quality.The downstair’s bedroom had a small bedside table for my husband’s CPAP. There was no table on the other side. The loft bed had 2 side tables. My only concern is that I was unaware that the unit had no air conditioning. I booked the unit 9 months before our stay and saw no mention of lack of AC on Vrbo’s website. Once Vacasa began communicating with me, the description of the unit listed all amenities with air conditioning with a line through the words. We were only moderately warm in the unit during the day. We opened all windows and doors and the trade winds kept the unit mostly comfortable. The exhaust fan on the 2nd level ran whenever the sun was shining. I think it helped expel the hot air from the second story.This condo is comfortable and centrally located in Princeville. Just be aware that there is NO AIR CONDITIONING in this unit.

Nice location for sunrise. Quick walk to enjoy sunset. Basic amenities and furniture. Patio chairs could be replaced and showers didn’t drain. Good location.
