Located in the heart of Norfolk’s Broadland countryside, Wickhampton is a peaceful village that feels almost untouched by time, offering quiet lanes to explore and a warm rural community ambience. The Broads National Park is a haven for keen outdoor explorers and nature lovers alike, with its serene waterways and wildlife to discover, as well as a host of historic market towns. Explore the broads from the nearby village of Reedham (4 miles) or Acle (6 miles) and Loddon (7.5 miles), which are brimming with independent shops and cosy cafés, while the medieval city of Norwich, 16 miles away, is rich with culture and boasts an historic cathedral. The beautiful beaches of Winterton-on-Sea and Caister-on-Sea provide wide sandy shores and unspoilt coastal walks, both reachable within 16 miles.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one double and one small double, which both feature delightful en-suite facilities – one offering a bathroom with shower over the bath, the other a shower room – and plenty of homely touches including a sofa and dresser in the larger bedroom. Please note the ground-floor bathroom is accessed via a step up and then a further step down into the bathroom.
