We lucked out on the weather. Swam every day. Place was great for 4 adults. Plenty of everything we needed. Guest room TV was on the fritz and although they said they'd come and check it, no one ever came. Not a huge deal for us though. We really enjoyed and would return to both the building and the unit.

We come every year and love staying at Royal Palm. It is walking distance to Sea and Suds which is nice.

The condo could use an upgrade of furniture, there were no table out on the deck, the bathrooms need a good cleaning in the corners and under cabinets at floor level. The master bedroom need a light in the closet. Cannot adjust the temperature enough it was way too cold for us. I would adjust it to 76 but it would return back a few hours later. However I would return.

Perfect beachfront location, close to many amenities and restaurants. We enjoyed the ease of going to the beach and utilized the pool daily. The condo itself was comfortable and everyone slept well. There were plenty of plates, cups and bowls. We cooked most of our meals in the condo and didn't have any issue. As another review said, the appliances are aging, but they still work fine. We will definitely be back and would not hesitant to rent this condo again. I will be recommending it to family and friends.
