Head 4 miles in the opposite direction to the upmarket village of Rock, and you can catch a ferry across the Camel Estuary to foodie-favourite Padstow.

A second sitting room is on the first floor. Featuring dual-aspect windows framing far-reaching views, the room offers comfortable seating is arranged before a Smart TV and wood burner, making this the perfect social setting in any season. On either side of this sitting room, two king-size bedrooms – one of them with its own en-suite shower room – each have splendid views too.


A hedge-lined lawn runs the length of the gated driveway to the front of the property, creating plenty of space for children and pets to let off steam.
