Welcome to our lovingly furnished thatched-roof cottage on the island of Rügen—a place to settle in, take a deep breath, and feel at ease.

Nestled in the peaceful natural surroundings of Ummanz, a stylishly furnished vacation home for up to 6 people awaits you.

Whether it’s relaxing days by the Bodden, long bike rides, cozy evenings by the fireplace, or some downtime in the sauna—here you’ll find the perfect place to leave everyday life behind.

The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sauna, a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped country-style kitchen, and a bright living and dining area with a view of the countryside.

In the lovingly landscaped garden, the terrace, seating, beach chair, umbrella, and stone-fired grill invite you to linger.

If you’re looking to combine work and relaxation, you’ve come to the right place. Enjoy the tranquility of the island and combine working from home (fiber-optic internet) with a little getaway by the sea.

Whether you’re traveling as a family, with friends, or as a couple—we look forward to welcoming you to the Schwankes Seeadler Vacation Home.

One well-behaved and well-groomed dog is welcome.

Smoking inside the house and open fires—even outside the house—are not permitted (thatched roof).

The property is surrounded by mature vegetation; the garden and terrace are screened from view but not fenced in!!!
