What We Provide:

Fresh, clean bed linens and towels: You’ll find one bath towel and one beach/pool towel per guest.

Starter Amenities: We include soap dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom, 2 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 bottle of dish soap, and 1 dish sponge.

Please note: These are starter supplies. We do not provide an unlimited supply of disposable amenities, so you may want to stock up for longer stays.

Important Things to Keep in Mind:

Linen & Towel Care:

Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose.

Please do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance, and do not use towels to clean up any mess.

You will be charged for stained towels or linens.

House Rules:

No visitors allowed.

Smoking or drug use (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, and cannabis) inside or near the villa is strictly prohibited. $200 cleaning fee applies if this rule is broken.

We ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM so everyone can enjoy a peaceful night.
