Other local attractions and landmarks include Sizergh Castle (5 miles), Levens Hall (6.5 miles) and Holker Hall and Gardens (9.5 miles).

The pretty market town of Cartmel (7.5 miles) and the coastal village of Grange-over-Sands (6.5 miles) have a great range of independent shops, restaurants, cafes and friendly pubs to unwind in. A few steps lead up and into this breezy and welcoming property, with the ground-floor porch providing a useful space for leaving coats and boots. The fresh and airy lounge runs the length of the house, providing ample space for everyone to gather and unwind. The lounge has plenty of seating, a Smart TV and wood burner, making it a great space for enjoying a film or chatting late into the night. Exploring the ground floor further, the spacious kitchen/diner makes a lovely area for cooking and sharing all your favourite family meals. The stylishly designed kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and two larder-style fridges, while the large dining table is ideally positioned in the bay window, offering a delightful view. The first floor also features the fantastic games room where you can play pool or table football, or sit back in the snug area and watch TV.

A few steps lead down from the house into the large garden. Featuring mature trees, a stream, an extensive lawn and a patio with plenty of outdoor furniture, the garden is an ideal spot for relaxing in on a sunny afternoon. Ample off-road parking is available for five cars.
