Paoli Penthouse is a refined city retreat set above the rhythm of Germasogeia, Limassol , a space where contemporary comfort meets effortless living. Positioned just moments from the meeting point of Kolonakiou and Spyrou Kyprianou avenues and 900 meters from the popular Dasoudi beach. The penthouse places cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and local boutiques within easy reach, while offering a calm escape above it all.

Designed for slower mornings and easy evenings, the penthouse features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, three bathrooms with walk-in showers, and two guest toilets. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a Nespresso machine, perfect for unhurried coffee moments before the city awakens. The master suite offers a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom, while the second double bedroom also features its own ensuite. Two additional twin bedrooms provide comfort and flexibility for families or groups gathering together.

Above the city, the private rooftop garden becomes the heart of the experience, a secluded space with a Hot tub (not heated) and sweeping views across Limassol, inviting long afternoons in the sun and quiet evenings beneath the lights of the city skyline.

Guests also have access to the building’s communal 9m x 4.5m swimming pool, offering another place to pause, cool off, and settle into the island rhythm.

Paoli Penthouse by Ezoria Villas is more than a stay in the city.
It’s space to reconnect, unwind, and experience Limassol with ease, comfort, and a quieter kind of luxury.
