Step up into the welcoming and well-equipped kitchen, which has views over the hills and garden and is ideal for enjoying leisurely meals. A door leads from here into a study/reading area from which you enter the bathroom, where you can enjoy a refreshing rainfall style shower or enjoy a soak. Heading back through the sitting room towards the front of the property you'll find the staircase to the first floor, home to three lovely bedrooms which offer flexible sleeping accommodation, all with countryside views and decorated with care to create a restful ambience.
