And of course, the large reception hall can accommodate up to 62 guests for a plated meal. Thanks to its professional kitchen with a walk-in fridge and dishwashing area, you can hire a caterer or a chef to feed your guests.

🔊 Cocktails, dinner, evening entertainment... and noise disturbances

Since the nearest neighbors are 200 meters away, there are no restrictions on music volume when you’re INSIDE the house, as long as the doors and windows are securely closed! Bringing your own speakers is strictly prohibited. Outdoors, you can have lunch, enjoy drinks, have dinner, or use the pool… but no music or microphones, day or night! The sound level outdoors must be limited to 90 dB (the noise of a lawn mower) so as not to disturb others.
