NO smoking allowed INSIDE the property.

No parties, events, or unregistered guests

No RV/trailer parking permitted

Quiet hours are enforced (11pm-7am)



Disclaimer- We have EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unregistered Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.



PETS:

We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval.

Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet for up to two dogs. (dogs must be under 70lbs)

All pets must be pre-approved.

Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.

Please note: We’re unable to accommodate cats due to allergy sensitivities. Kindly let us know in advance if you’re bringing pets so we can prepare accordingly.
