-🍴 The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, sink, utensils, dishes, glasses, and everything you need to prepare any kind of meal, from breakfast to a gourmet dinner.
-🛏️ The two bedrooms are spacious and tastefully furnished: both feature a double bed, a single bed, large closets, and dressers, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
-🛁 The private bathroom combines functionality and elegance, featuring a large bathtub, sink, toilet, bidet, washing machine, and hair dryer. A complimentary amenity kit is provided for each guest, ensuring a warm welcome with attention to every detail.

🔑 In-person check-in required
As required by Milan City regulations, in-person verification is mandatory at our office.
Once you’ve checked in person, we’ll provide you with the digital keys to access the apartment.
⚠️ Lost Keys
If you lose the keys, a penalty of €100 will be charged.
📶 Important: Do not disconnect the Wi-Fi!
If you unplug the router, you risk being unable to access the apartment.
🕒 Check-in hours: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Please let us know via chat if you plan to arrive early or late. Thank you!
🌙 Late check-in (after 9:00 PM)
There is a 50€ surcharge. We accept arrivals until 11:45 PM, but no later.
🚪 Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
If you check out late, there is an extra charge of 15€ for each additional hour.
💸 Late Checkout
Guests who check out after the designated time without authorization will be subject to a penalty through Airbnb.
📜 House Rules
Compliance with the rules is essential to ensuring a positive experience for all guests. In the event of serious violations, penalties will be imposed.
Other things to keep in mind
UPON REQUEST, YOU CAN ARRANGE FOR A TAXI RIDE AT A DISCOUNTED RATE.
We also offer a crib service for families, but we need to know in advance so that we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
Security cameras are located outside and monitor the entrances to the apartment buildings.
