The Space
Our apartment is flooded with natural light, thanks to its large windows and neutral color scheme.
With a modern design and high-quality furniture, it offers a cozy and refined atmosphere.

Located on the first floor, the apartment is divided into:

-Living area with open kitchen.
-Bedroom area.
-Bathroom.

-Upstairs, you’ll find the sleeping area, featuring a very comfortable double bed complete with sheets, a pillow, and a comforter.

-The living room features a sofa that converts into a comfortable sofa bed, a dedicated workspace with a desk, a TV for your relaxation, and a closet for your personal belongings.

-The open kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your favorite meals: refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction cooktop, plates, glasses, silverware, and a dining table with chairs.

-The bathroom is equipped with all the amenities: shower, bidet, toilet, towels, mirror, washing machine, complimentary toiletries, and a hair dryer.


The apartment also has heating and air conditioning.

In addition, we offer free Wi-Fi, perfect for browsing the web or working remotely at top speed and without interruptions.

Guest Access
In-person verification is required at our office, as mandated by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we’ll give you your digital keys.

*A €100 FEE WILL BE WAIVED FOR THOSE WHO LOSE THEIR APARTMENT KEYS.*

DO NOT UNPLUG THE WIFI ROUTER! YOU RISK BEING UNABLE TO ENTER!

Anyone who checks out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.


PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK- (15:00 - 21:00) TIMES. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN THE CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an additional fee of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, A PENALTY WILL BE IMPOSED.

Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a crib service for families. However, we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only 20€. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
