Wonderful place for our 9-person family get together. This was our second stay at Kingsgate. Well stocked with kitchen, towels, linens. Dried Herbs and Spices available in a slide-out shelf by the stove. Spacious. We made good use of the 2 kayaks daily to paddle in the beautiful lake. Great variety of birds to view including 2 beautiful swans and a pair of loons. High capacity washer and dryer worked well. The owner was extremely responsive when it came to replacing an empty propane tank, and had arranged for a backup hot tub when the original was not working.

Our third stay. Best ever! New appliances and kitchen equipment much appreciated. Host very responsive. Hoping to visit again next year.

Eleven of us stayed for four nights. Ages 93 - 4. All liked the place and had a good time

Delta is a small town in the middle of some interesting history (Delta Mill) and other small towns. We enjoyed the area and what itnhad to offer. This property is big and has all that you need to relax.
