Welcome to This Must Be The Place Ayr, a luxury boutique apartment with breathtaking views across the River Ayr and harbour.

Inspired by Wes Anderson’s The French Dispatch, every corner has been carefully curated to create a stay that’s quirky, playful and wonderfully unexpected.

Start your morning with coffee overlooking the river, spend your evenings curled up beside the wood-burning stove with a book from our curated library, or put on a record and work your way through our handpicked vinyl collection while dinner simmers in the fully equipped kitchen.

When it’s time to unwind, retreat to the boutique bedroom, where one little hidden surprise is waiting to be discovered…

Perfectly located in the heart of Ayr, you’re just moments from the beach, the town’s best restaurants, bars and cafés, making it the ideal base whether you’re here to explore, celebrate or simply slow down
