Addaura is the stretch of coastline between Mondello and the Capo Gallo headland—quieter than the main beach, more secluded, with its coves and a view of the Gulf of Palermo that changes color throughout the day. The villa is located here: recently renovated, with 200 square meters of private outdoor space and that rare combination of proximity to the sea and guaranteed privacy.
The layout: on a single level, with spacious and bright rooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a walk-in closet; the second bedroom has an adjacent bathroom. The open-concept living area with an open kitchen can comfortably accommodate a third bed thanks to flexible layouts designed for larger groups. Outside, the panoramic terrace overlooking the gulf is the perfect spot for leisurely breakfasts and aperitifs at sunset; the fully equipped barbecue area and the outdoor shower made of natural stone complete a space that is, in every sense, the heart of the home.
Location: just a few minutes from Mondello and its boardwalk. Twenty minutes from Palermo’s historic center. Falcone Borsellino Airport is about thirty minutes away. Parking is available on the villa’s grounds.
