Family house in the heart of Saint Lunaire.
Ideally located close to the village (600 m) and the beaches (200 m and 600 m from the 2 main beaches). Everything can be done on foot. It can be rented for 2 people or more with an extra charge for additional rooms. (up to 8 beds)
On the first floor:
1 master bedroom with 160 x 200 bed opening onto the terrace, with toilet and en-suite shower room
Large living room 40 m2 and large fitted kitchen.
A shower room and separate toilet
A laundry room with washing machine
Upstairs:
1 master bedroom with 160 x 200 bed with toilet and en-suite shower room
2 bedrooms with double bed 140 x 190 with washbasin
1 dormitory room for children (2 bunk beds-4 places in all).

it is a family home shared between brothers and sisters. It is made to accommodate nice adults and happy children. It is not a "brand new model home" but it is "inhabited" and lively, surrounded by a 1200 m2 enclosed garden.
September and October are perfect months to visit the region (St Malo, Mont Saint Michel, Dinard, Cap Fréhel etc) and enjoy the beaches in complete serenity!
