The approx. 60 m² duplex vacation apartment for 3 people is located on the first floor and consists of a large living/ dining room with an open, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic stove with oven, microwave, dining table for 4 people), TV/satellite (flat-screen), stereo system with CD player, and a large picture window leading out to a spacious wooden balcony with seating.
The storage room contains a washing machine, a clothes rack, and an iron. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, and sink. The separate bedroom in the attic is accessible via a wooden staircase and features a double bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm (open foot end), as well as a sleeper sofa with a sleeping width of 140 cm and a wardrobe.
The vacation rental is very spacious, bright, and features hardwood floors and a swivel bar-style TV unit.
