This modern house from 2023 combines luxurious comfort with a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for families seeking quality time together. With both a main house and an annex, there's plenty of space to gather the whole family or friends.

The bright kitchen-living room forms the heart of the house with space for 10 around the dining table, while the separate living room offers peace and quiet for relaxation. The large bedrooms, the charming alcove with loft and the two rooms in the annex ensure comfortable sleep for all guests.

The garden is made for outdoor living with a spacious terrace, petanque court and in-ground trampoline. The many cozy corners, sun loungers and atmospheric fire pit invite you to enjoy long summer evenings under the stars.

From the house, it's only five minutes to the child-friendly waters of Tinkerup Beach, and Gilleleje town beckons with its charming harbor, shops and restaurants. The area offers activities for all ages, from mini golf at Kysthusene to exploring the Gilleleje maze.
