The condominium is residential and quiet, and we ask that you respect the rules of silence, especially during the designated hours. Parties or events are not permitted in the space, and access to the common areas of the building, such as hallways and elevators, must be done in a respectful manner.

Taxis and ride-hailing apps are also practical options in the area. For those arriving by car, there are paid parking lots nearby, but the building does not have its own parking space. Santos Dumont Airport is about a 20-minute drive away and Novo Rio Bus Station is approximately 30 minutes away.
