EagleRidge Townhomes 1536 is a spacious townhouse that offers wonderful walking access to the gondola at the base of Steamboat Ski Resort. Fantastic location and very convenient shuttle system that picks you up right outside your door and drops you at ski resort, grocery store or restaurants. The unit was spacious and comfortable for our group.

The location is great for skiing with family. It allows everyone to come in anytime during the day. A great shuttle service or short walk. The pool, hot tub (community and personal) and gym are great additions for after skiing or rest days. The unit is a little dated (minor repairs), but team was responsive in addressing. Would definitely rent again.

First night we turned the heat up, by morning it had dropped to 60 degrees, then it seemed to work the rest of our stay. The hot tub cover was off when we got there and it was not very clean. The TV’s were not easy to use even with the directions provided, total rats nest of cables behind tv. The couches were all electronic with no controls left.
