My bright villa of 76m2 where it is good to live, is entirely reserved for you (except for the garage, private part), is also the family home, on one level it is far from the hustle and bustle of the port in a countryside environment but 3km from the beaches of Calvi and 5 from the port and its animations and the citadel, 8 from the small airport and 8 from the village of Calenzana, from the villages of Lumio further Pigna San Antonino, red island.
When you arrive you park your car in front of the house (private parking) you roll your suitcases no stairs to climb to the front door everything is on one level. The entrance leads to the bathroom, the 2 bedrooms, the separate toilet, the pantry as well as the living room and American kitchen.
The house is equipped with independent air conditioning and ceiling fans, efficient and silent for people who cannot stand air conditioning and mosquito nets.

Outside:
A 60m2 terrace shaded by two pergolas equipped with good quality garden furniture and bordered by a 10 m2 swimming pool, all surrounded by a sunny garden
The view is unobstructed, sea, citadel, mountain, village, maquis, you can breathe.
You may have the pleasure of seeing the REP paratroopers evolve at breakfast.
And Maria's goats below in the maquis and a few turtles Behind the wall who come to get some salad leaves in the summer.

The house is located in a quiet residential area, respect for good neighbourliness is required, Calvi offers attractive places to party.

The house is completely non-smoking.
I request:
-an extension of your Civil Liability insurance policy
-Also a deposit check of 600€ uncashed and given to you on departure depending on the inventory of fixtures.
Mandatory cleaning of 100€
A pet can be welcome if it is well behaved, on request 20€ supplement /stay
And inevitably the tourist tax 4€ per adult
