Welcome to the Schwarz Vacation Home. Our vacation home is located in the municipality of Loddin, in the district of Stubbenfelde.
The vacation home is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, right on the coastal bike path to Swinemünde.
The beach is about 350 meters away—less than a 5-minute walk. Our vacation home was renovated and remodeled in 2025. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a kitchen-dining area and a sleeper sofa, and a bathroom with a shower.

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our cozy vacation apartment in Stubbenfelde—ideal for couples or small families. The lovingly furnished apartment is a separate annex on the property of the host family and is accessible via a staircase. In front of the entrance, a small terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast in the fresh air or to wind down the day in relaxation.
The bright kitchen-dining area features a cozy dining table and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking together in the evenings. For families, a sleeper sofa is available that can accommodate up to two children under 16 years of age. The separate bedroom features a large double bed and a spacious closet.
The small, modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and a window that lets in pleasant natural light.
Enjoy the quiet location in Stubbenfelde and the proximity to the Baltic Sea—perfect for a relaxing vacation combining the beach, nature, and fresh sea air.
The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked separately for a fee.
There is a parking space for one car directly in front of the house.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
