This beautifully renovated loft apartment provides a fantastic home base in the heart of downtown Asheville. You'll also find abundant restaurants, art galleries, shops, museums, and theaters all within walking distance. Notable attractions are all within a short stroll. The Biltmore Estate is only five miles from your front door. The apartment is also a great home base for day trips to hiking and marveling at the gorgeous Appalachian scenery.
After a day of sightseeing, relax amidst the space's classic architectural details. Highlights include exposed brick, high ceilings, and original hardwood floors. The living area serves as the social heart of the apartment. Break out the popcorn and watch a movie on the 46-inch TV. Comfy seating for five is available on a sleeper sofa and plush chairs. Whip up tasty dishes in the beautifully updated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
The front bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, frosted windows, and substantial drapery for added privacy and a restful atmosphere. Tucked toward the back of the rental, the second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed and a quiet space to unwind.

The house was clean, comfortable, and had the perfect location!

The home was perfect. It was very clean and well stocked with needed items. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The winding drive to the home isn’t for the faint of heart! You can sit on the porch and listen to the babbling brook. We had lazy mornings, small day hikes, and nights filled with board games, puzzles and s’mores.
