At the top of the Résidence l'Hermitage, on the edge of Deauville and Tourgéville, Le Belvédère cultivates seclusion — without giving up any of the effervescence. Golf in the morning, lunch with your feet in the sand, gallops in the afternoon, casino in the evening. And up there, the south-facing terrace: café facing the countryside, siesta at the zenith, aperitif at sunset, dinners under the stars. Inside: raw oak, light stone, zellige. We settle down for a few days, and we already have trouble leaving.

The Belvedere extends over 95 m² on the top floor, extended by 19 m² of terrace. At the heart is a large living space where the living room and the oak kitchen face each other on either side of the bay windows, which open onto the south-facing terrace. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are articulated around it. From one room to the next, the work of a craftsman — light stone, handmade zellige, old parquet flooring, custom-made woodwork. A discreet comfort, which only reveals itself as you settle in.

At the heart of the apartment, the living room opens wide onto the bay windows and the terrace. Generous corner sofa, old parquet flooring, well-stocked bookcase, evening wall lamps. For teleworking or studious evenings, a built-in desk awaits in its corner. A large TV and a hi-fi system complete the set.

🍳 Kitchen & dining area

For long breakfasts and dinners that stretch out, a generous kitchen with oak panelling and black stone tops. Designed to really cook — oven, induction, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster — and not just to reheat. In the center, a large solid oak table where you can hold six without squeezing together.

🛏️ Master suite

A large piece of turquoise for signature, a queen size bed in white hotel linen, a light oak floor under the footsteps. The room breathes — wall lights at the evening bedside, accent lamp for reading, television set back discreetly. The private bathroom opens from the bedroom.

Two single beds that can be pushed together into a king bed 180 as needed, light wood headboard, thick carpeting to cushion steps and voices. White linen carefully arranged on the beds, bedside lamps, extra floor lamp, television. A bedroom designed for quiet nights and slow mornings.

🛏️ Mezzanine bedroom

A single bed on the mezzanine, suspended under the roof, and just below a built-in desk with storage — the room plays on two levels. Ideal for a teenager who wants his space, or for who travels from home. Custom oak woodwork, old parquet flooring, television, wall lamp, accent lamp.

🌿 South-facing terrace

A real outdoor living room: 19 m² in south-facing wooden slats, table for four to six, deckchairs for the slow hours, and still room to isolate yourself with a book. Retractable blind above the windows, outdoor lighting for dinners that last. In the distance, the valleys of the Pays d'Auge and the sea in the background.
