O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Wake up above the bay, grab coffee on your balcony, and watch the morning fog drift across San Francisco before starting your day.
Perched in the hills of Historic Point Richmond, this fully furnished 4-bedroom home offers something that's becoming harder to find in the Bay Area: space, quiet, and a neighborhood you'll actually want to explore.
Take an evening walk to the waterfront. Follow the nearby trail to the shoreline. Wander through the historic downtown for coffee, local restaurants, and small-town charm. Head to the park at the top of the hill and take in sweeping views of the Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco skyline, and the bay below. Then come home and watch the sunset from one of several private balconies.
Designed for extended stays, relocations, insurance housing, traveling professionals, and families, this home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.
The king master bedroom occupies the upper level and feels like its own private getaway. It features a balcony, a Hisense 4K Frame TV, and a spacious master bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanity.
Downstairs you'll find three additional bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature queen beds and private bathrooms. One bathroom includes a shower/tub combination, while the other features a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom includes a queen Murphy bed. Guests staying in this room can use either of the home's half bathrooms and access one of the full bathrooms for showering.
The heart of the home is the fully stocked kitchen with a large island that's perfect for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. Just off the kitchen is a balcony with a BBQ grill. The living room, dining room, and master bedroom also open to their own balconies, creating multiple spots to enjoy the bay breeze throughout the day.
Outside you'll find lemon, orange, apricot, and avocado trees that add to the property's relaxed California feel.
Additional amenities include:
• Smart lock with keypad entry
• Smart TV in the living room
• Hisense 4K Frame TV in the master bedroom
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Washer and dryer
• Fully stocked kitchen
• Two-car garage
• Two-car driveway parking
Whether you're here for a month-long work assignment, relocating to the Bay Area, or waiting for your home repairs to be completed, this isn't just a place to stay. It's a place to settle in.
Unpack your bags. Watch the sunset. Take the coastal trail. Enjoy Point Richmond the way locals do.
