Villa ARA is a modern, newly built, fully air-conditioned villa with its own infinity pool and a beautiful sun terrace overlooking the sea, accessible directly from the gorgeous, spacious living room with a fantastic open kitchen and a harmonious dining area.
The villa features 5 unusually large bedrooms, the master bedroom of which—located on the top of the 3 stories—boasts another very large sun terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea, the port of Makarska, and the mountains. And, as with all 5 bedrooms, it naturally has its own en suite bathroom, which is also very high-quality and modernly equipped.
On the first floor are three additional large, tastefully and modernly furnished bedrooms, each with its own balcony and en suite bathroom.
The fifth bedroom is located on the first floor; it is also modern, with an en suite bathroom and direct access to a terrace overlooking the beautiful mountain landscape.
The guest restroom is also located on the first floor, next to the entrance to the living/dining area.
The total living area exceeds 300 m², and the two large terraces together cover over 150 m².
Of course, there is a small terrace with a modern grill built right next to the kitchen.
The villa also features a very large garage, accessible directly from the bright stairwell, with at least three parking spaces, as well as additional parking spaces in front of the house.
On the garage level, there is an utility room with a washing machine and a separate dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron.
The town of Makarska is easily accessible in just a few minutes on foot or by car. There, in addition to the beautiful beaches, you’ll find a variety of restaurants and cafés, as well as bars, clubs, and everything a vacationer could wish for.
