The staff, specially the lady manager at the reception is very kind and helpful
Room size is smaller then shown in the photos, the Hotel is inside an ally away from the street, Air conditioning needs to be upgraded, the room gets extremely hot during the day, summer days will be difficult. Breakfast is provided but needs to be improved, specially the cleanliness around the buffet and the options
