The lower apartment covers a good 85 m2 of living space and a 50 m2 terrace and can accommodate up to 6 persons. It has two double bedrooms, a living room with an extra bed for 2 people, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet with a laundry.

The space with the extra beds can be partitioned off with sliding doors, so that the living room with the dining room can be transformed into an intimate bedroom in a few seconds.

The apartment also contains additional amenities, the kitchen has a refrigerator with a large freezer and an electric oven with 2 electric plates and 2 gas burners. There is also a washing machine in the toilet, which can be very useful for families with small children.

For a more comfortable atmosphere on hot days, you will definitely need air conditioning. If you prefer to enjoy the light evening breeze, you can take advantage of the terrace, which has a large stone table with a stone corner.
